  • Where will our clients ads show up?

    The ads will be delivered on the Facebook newsfeed of your client's target audience. It is now also available for Instagram!

  • What do I need to do to get started?

    Simply fill out the campaign order form. Provide as much detail as possible in order for the best possible experience for the client.

  • How am I billed for these campaigns?

    We need a credit card on file before we start! First, we'll charge a setup fee at activation (within the week). The first month fee will be charged approximately 3 days before the start of the campaign. Consecutive monthly charges will be done on the same date in the corresponding month.

  • What does the timeline look like from order submission to campaign launch?

    You will receive a confirmation email within 2 business days after the order form is submitted. A formal onboarding call is not always necessary. However, the Digital Ads team may contact you (or the advertiser directly - if you specify us to do so) during the fulfillment process to gather more information if needed. Within 10 business days after the deliverables outlined by the team (example: different access, logos etc) is received by the team, the campaign will be launched. Note: a day or two before campaign launch, you will receive a launch email from our team sharing screenshots of the ads themselves and the landing page, if applicable. If you or the advertiser have any feedback this is the best time to share it.

  • How often can I make changes to my campaign?

    After the launch of a campaign, one round of revision can be done free of cost for every 3 months. Additional revisions would incur a flat fee depending on the revisions requested.

  • Can I (or my client) have control over the way the ad looks?

    Our team will work with you to ensure the ad represents your client's business in the strongest way possible.

  • Can my client choose to target only Facebook or Instagram audiences?

    Definitely. Your client can choose to target one or both audiences.

  • What do the "abandon" indicators mean in a campaign with call tracking?
    • Unanswered – a call that is not classified as a bad call (spam, misdial, etc.), but isn’t answered
    • IVR or Voicemail Abandon – a call abandoned by the caller during the automated routing or voicemail process
    • Hold-time Abandon – a call abandoned by the caller while on hold
    • Ring Transfer Abandon – a call abandoned by the caller during a transfer
  • How does Facebook's new regulations affect my business?

    Facebook has recently changed its regulations for users who publish advertising and social content on behalf of an organization. As a result of recent hacks into US Facebook pages and the political complications that have arisen from that, the social media company has announced all businesses will have a People Who Manage This Page tab that will provide information on which region or country that business manages their page from.


    We would like our partners to know that we are anticipating this change and that we realize there may be questions from business owners whose pages we manage. However, we want you, our partners, to understand that we do not foresee too many small business owners or their customers noticing the tab or to further look into it. However, if they do, our agents have developed a talk track over time that explains how your agents often work outside of the businesses geographic region. Consider this just another layer for an already familiar tool that we use!
